10 keys to fall asleep easily and get quality sleep!

Today I share with you 10 keys that I apply on a daily basis to fall asleep easily and get a good quality sleep !

Sleep is an essential part of our lifestyle and well-being. 

Not getting enough sleep is enough to make you irritable and tired, lack libido, feel like eating anything and have trouble thinking during the day ... and much more! 

Sleep is a little : 

  • A better management of your emotions and states! 
  • Fuel to be productive and focused in your work! 
  • Rationality in your food choices! 
  • A better libido and more beautiful sexual performances (YES!) 
  • Better muscle recovery and easier weight loss! 

Here is a checklist of 10 tips to apply to be in shape when you get out of bed !

  • Go to bed at a fixed time (respect your internal clock) .
  • Cut out caffeine or switch to decaf, or super healthy alternatives like chicory or roasted spelt.
  • Stop using screens at least 1 hour before going to bed.
  • Eat 2 to 3 hours before bedtime (digestion interferes with falling asleep).
  • Avoid meat in the evening as it slows down our digestion process. 
  • Go to bed as soon as you feel the need (even if not at a fixed time!) 
  • Lie down in a quiet, dimly lit room at room temperature. 
  • Drink relaxing herbal teas such as verbena, lavender, lemon balm... 
  • Put a hot water bottle on your liver (under the right breast) to promote liver detox, help digestion, relax the organs and prepare for sleep! 
  • Put your phone in airplane mode (stop the notifications!). 
  • Practice gentle activities before bed (reading, meditation, cardiac coherence).
  • Complement each other.
