ARTICLE 1 - PERSONAL INFORMATION COLLECTED
Ordering and browsing our site: When you make a purchase or create a customer account on our site, as part of our buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you provide to us that is necessary to prepare and deliver your package, such as your name, address and e-mail address, mailing address and telephone number.
This order data is passed on to our logistics service providers who prepare and transport the package to you. They have absolutely no right to use your data for anything other than processing your order and must delete this data from their computer system after processing. If you choose to have your order delivered outside of Europe, your data, such as your postal address, is necessarily passed on to the logistics services of the carrier who will deliver to you in that country.
When you browse our site, we automatically receive the Internet Protocol (IP) address of your computer, which enables us to obtain more details about the browser and operating system you are using. In addition, data may be stored in or retrieved from your browser, usually in the form of cookies. They collect information about you, your preferences or your device and browser. Emails: If you have decided to follow the myVeggie adventure by email (via the form on our website or by checking the corresponding box in the purchase process), we use your email address to send you news about myVeggie (new products, events, live shows, igtv, meetings, seminars (non-exhaustive list), organised by myVeggie) or to communicate information about your purchase or browsing history on our website. Please note that if you no longer wish to receive these emails, you may unsubscribe at any time by clicking on the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of the emails or by contacting us at contacts@myVeggie.fr. This will take effect immediately. The emailing tool we use is American. It complies with the principles of the EU-US and Swiss-US Data Protection Shield. In addition, and as a processor, this emailing tool is required to comply with the legal requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Audience measurement: We use audience analysis tools (such as Google Analytics) to better understand the activity on our site, how you react, to improve the performance of our site so that it corresponds as much as possible to your uses. As such, we provide these tools with data on your browsing history on our site and information on products ordered. All data handled for statistical purposes outside Europe is completely anonymised.
Product reviews: Your email address, your name, first name and your order reference are transmitted to our partner who will send you a review form by email. Your email address is not published on our site when your review is published. This data is not passed on to any other company and is only used for the purpose of evaluating your experience with our products.
Advertising: Like many of our peers, advertising cookies are set when you visit our site and then display targeted advertising messages when you browse other sites. The data collected is anonymous and is only used for advertising purposes.
How long is my personal data kept? The length of time we keep personal data depends on our business needs and legal obligations. In the case of product purchases, we will retain your data for as long as it is necessary for the purposes for which it was collected (e.g. managing the business relationship between you and us), and for any other related purposes such as tracking our stock but in compliance with applicable data security and retention legislation. If you agree to receive emails from myVeggie to follow our adventure, your data is kept until you request to unsubscribe or delete your personal data, or after a certain period of time without activity (for a maximum of 3 years from the last contact (e.g. clicking in one of our emails).
If you create a customer account, the data will be kept until you send us a request to delete it or after a period of inactivity on your part (for a maximum of 3 years from the end of the business relationship (e.g. last order) or last contact (e.g. click in one of our emails). When you contact us to obtain information about our products or our brand, or when you apply for a job, the data is kept for a maximum of 3 years from the date of collection or the last contact at your initiative.

How do you obtain my consent? When you provide us with your personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, schedule a delivery or return a purchase, we will assume that you consent to the collection and use of your information for that purpose only. ARTICLE 3 - COOKIES
When you browse our site or place an order, data may be stored in or retrieved from your browser, usually in the form of cookies. ARTICLE 5 - WORDPRESS
Our shop is hosted on WordPress. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell you our services and products. Your data is stored in the WordPress data storage system and databases, and in the general WordPress application. Your data is stored on a secure server protected by a firewall.
Payment: If you make your purchase through a direct payment gateway, then WordPress will store your credit card information. This information is encrypted in accordance with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction information is retained for as long as necessary to complete your order. Once your order has been completed, the purchase transaction information is deleted.

Generally, the third party providers we use will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to perform the services they provide to us.
